Dr. Ed Oas and his wife Joyce have been members of Grace Bible Church since 1988. Ed has served and continues to serve in adult ministries particularly in leadership and teaching in adult Sunday school and an Adult fellowship group. He also is the overseeing elder of Church membership and Baptisms. Since retirement Ed has joined the GBC staff part time helping to maintain and improve GBC and Grace Academy facilities.

 

Before coming to Grace, Ed and his wife Joyce lived in the San Diego, CA area where they had lived since childhood. Ed attended school at Prairie Bible Institute, Three Hills, Alberta, Canada, San Diego Bible College, Azusa Pacific University, Azusa, CA and Northern Arizona University, Flagstaff, AZ where he culminated his formal education with the degree of D.Ed. in School Administration and Supervision. Until retirement in 2018, Ed was employed in church and Christian school positions in pastoral and administration positions as well as a Territory Manager selling Christian School textbooks.
